Brynn's First Day of Preschool

I can't believe my little girl is now in Preschool!!!  Brynn had her first day of school on Sept. 6th.  She goes to Leap and Learn Preschool in Pleasant Grove, and her teacher's name is Miss Shaneen.  She LOVES school!!  To be honest, I have also enjoyed a few hours a week with just one child!  So far they have had a field trip to the fire station, and a big Halloween party.  This month they get to go get class pictures taken, and are having a big Thanksgiving feast!  Sounds like fun to me.  Needless to say, I am very happy with the decision we made to send Brynn to school this year and I am so impressed with her teacher!!

Bear Lake

This summer for the Shelley Family trip we went to Bear Lake.  We had a lot of fun, and it was great seeing how much Brynn was enjoying playing with the cousins!  The kids loved playing in the sand at the lake too!  We all stayed in a big lodge together which was lots of fun, but sleeping arrangements were a little tricky for small children!  Our family all had to stay in one small room with a queen sized bed which left Brynn on the floor and Blake on the pack-n-play.  We had to put Blake to bed first, then Brynn after he was asleep, then we could go to bed when they were both sleeping.  It was nice staying in one big building though because once the kids were asleep, the adults could play!!

This is Blake the day that he got his tubes in. He does not look happy in this picture at all :( He actually did really well though. He didn't even cry when the nurse took him from me!
My mom came to visit for three weeks this summer. These are just some really random pictures that were taken while she was here. The kids had lots of fun with Grandma, and Jesse and I enjoyed going on a few dates while we had a babysitter in the house!!
